该问题是发生在RAC一个节点崩溃后，所有的错误都发生在并行进程PNNN上。MOS上说这个问题是由于系统参数配置不当所致：ORA-27090: MESSAGE 27090 NOT FOUND; [ID 579108.1]。
内核参数的值：aio-max-nr设置太低，推荐设置为fs.aio-max-nr= 3145728。修改参数使用/sbin/sysctl -p重新加载参数后，重启数据库即可。
